In cases where we manage your presence on platforms like:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google (Ads, Analytics, Search Console)
Web hosting or CMS platforms.

We only access what’s necessary to provide the services agreed upon. We recommend granting role-based or limited access whenever possible.

6. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

We uphold a strict non-disclosure standard across all client relationships. If required, we’re happy to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to further protect your sensitive information.
All employees, collaborators, and freelancers associated with Spark Sage Media are also bound by confidentiality agreements.

7. Ownership of Work

All content, creatives, designs, and websites developed specifically for your brand become your property after full payment, unless otherwise mentioned in the agreement.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep client files and data securely for up to 12 months after the project’s completion. After this period, it may be deleted or archived unless you request otherwise.
You may also request permanent deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

9. Breach Notification Policy

If there is ever a breach or misuse of your data under our control, you will be notified within 48 hours, and we will immediately take corrective actions to ensure your information is safe.
